Upload Errors and Warnings

The ACH Adjustments file upload will fail and issue error messages if the file does not meet all of the requirements. Such files will not be submitted for processing, and a corrected file will need to be uploaded.

During the ACH Adjustments file upload, a pop-up window displays any system error messages.

Common errors include:

• The file contains more than 15,000 records.
• The file contains restricted special characters.
• The file upload type is not in .csv format.
