Adding Attachments to Work Items

Depending upon security group and user permissions, users can attach files to work items. Up to 10 files can be attached to a single work item, and each file can be up to 10 MB.

Note: The attachment file name cannot contain spaces.

To add an attachment to a work item:

  1. Open the Work Item detail.
  2. In the Attachments section, select Attachments Management.

    The Attachments Management page opens.

  3. In the Add Attachments section, select Browse next to the File Name field.

    The standard Choose file dialog box opens.

  4. Navigate to and select the file to attach.

    The file path name displays in the Add Attachments section of the Attachments Management page.

  5. Select Upload File.
