Printing Work Items

A work item is easily opened in Portable Document Format (PDF), and the details for that work item are included. The PDF can then be printed or saved.

To print or save a work item in PDF format:

• From the work item list or Work Queue History, select the Print icon for the work item you want to print or save.

  The PDF opens in a new page, enabling you to print or save it.
