Round Robin Groups

Round robin groups are used to automate work item delegation. Users, who have the proper permissions, simply set up groups from the Manage Round Robin Groups page. Once the group and parameters are set, the system delegates work items accordingly.

Note: While some users use the round robin feature, others may prefer to assign work items ad hoc as they are posted.
