Summary Reports

The summary reports are dynamic and can provide both current and historic information.

Where a value in a report is presented as a link, you can click it to open a new page listing more detailed information.

To view summary reports:

1. From the Reports menu, click Summary Reports.

   

   The Summary Reports page opens.

   

2. Click the summary report you want to view.

   The page for that report opens.

   

3. As required:
   • Change the report date range.

     To view data for a different date or date range:

     1. In the Date, Start Date, or End Date field, type a date, or click the calendar icon and then select a date from the pop-up calendar.

        

     2. Click the Refresh icon.

        The page refreshes to display data for the selected date or date range.

   • Download or print the data.

     Click or hover over the Output Services icon , and then click the required option (the options available depend on the data displayed):

     

     • Print Friendly Data: Opens a new browser window containing printer friendly data, which you can print using the browser print function.
     • Download This Data: Enables you to open or save the data in comma separated values (CSV) format.
