Note: Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Transaction Start Date: Click the Calendar icon and select the appropriate date. This is a required field if the Post Start Date field is blank.
Transaction End Date: Click the Calendar icon and select the appropriate date. This field is not required; however, if you do not enter a date, the system will populate the same date as entered in the Transaction Start Date field.
Post Start Date: Click the Calendar icon and select the appropriate date. This is a required field if the Transaction Start Date field is blank.
Post End Date: Click the Calendar icon and select the appropriate date. This field is not required; however, if you do not enter a date, the system will populate the same date as entered in the Post Start Date field.
Bank Number: If you have more than one bank number, select the appropriate bank number from the drop down list. This field will not populate for Downgrades Only.
Cardholder Number: Type the 16-digit cardholder number in the text box. This is a required field when All Transactions or Outgoing Credits is selected. This field will not populate for Downgrades Only.
Merchant Number: Type the 15-digit merchant ID number or click Search to perform a merchant lookup. This is a required field when Chargebacks Only or Downgrades Only is selected.
Note: The merchant names and numbers displayed in the Merchant Lookup scroll box are dependent upon your user role and profile.
Acquirer Reference: Type the 23-digit reference number. This field is not available for All Transactions and Outgoing Credits.
Amount: From and To: Type the amount range for the transactions.
