Transaction

A transaction query provides summary information related to a specific transaction. Queries are driven by cardholder numbers and transaction dates.

To run a transaction query:

  1. Click the Research Query navigation button.

    research_query

    The Research Query page opens.

    research_query_transaction

  2. Select the Transaction option, and then select one of these transaction type options:

    The page refreshes to list the appropriate fields for the transaction type selected.

  3. Enter your query criteria in the fields.
  4. Click Generate Report.

    The Transaction Query page opens.

  5. Click the Transaction ID to open the Transaction detail information page.
  6. Click Report Summary to open the Transaction report summary page.
  7. Click View P and V Report to open the P and V report page.
  8. On any query report page, export the data to Excel or PDF as required.
  9. On any query report page, change the criteria as required.
