For optimum system performance when using e-Connections with Internet Explorer (IE), it is recommended that users do not use compatibility mode. However, depending on the exact configuration, some users have experienced report display issues in the Portfolio Reporting module when using IE with compatibility mode turned off. In such cases, turning on compatibility mode may resolve these issues.
