The ACH Transaction Report lists the transactions within a monthly ACH transmission. Transactions are grouped by ACH Tran Code, with subtotals for each transaction code in the report.
Note: When sorting this report by a column other than ACH Tran Code, the report remains grouped by ACH Tran Code but the data is resorted within each group.

The ACH Transaction Report includes the following data:
A row in a report that indicates one or more categories by which data in the report is grouped.
The number that identifies the bank.
The four-digit number of the billing element table (BET) or discount rate table (DRT).
The number assigned to each grouping of ACH transactions. Clients can define batches to be grouped per transaction code or several types of transactions can be rolled into one batch.
The date on which the transactions in this transmission are effective. This date can be different from the processing date for clients who delay processing for a day or if the transactions are backdated.
The demand deposit account (DDA) number and the bank identification number that the client uses to disperse funds for merchant settlement.

A number assigned by TSYS that identifies the merchant.
The merchant DBA (Doing Business As) name.
The six-digit number that indicates the association to which a merchant belongs.
