DRT to Merchant Cross Reference

The DRT to Merchant Cross Reference report lists the merchant ID for each merchant that is assigned to a variable rate table (VRT) or fixed discount rate table (DRT). Merchants are grouped by bank, DRT number, and association ID.

On the Portfolio Reporting page, from the Reporting Area drop-down list, select Pricing.
The page refreshes and Pricing monthly report options become available.
From the Report drop-down list, select DRT to Merchant Cross Reference.
The page refreshes and DRT to Merchant Cross Reference filter criteria become available.
Select the Month that you want to view from the drop-down list.
Select the Bank Number(s) to include in the report.
Note: To select multiple bank numbers, press and hold Ctrl, and then click the bank numbers you want.
Provide at least one of the following pieces of information:
- To view the report for a specific association, type the Association ID number.
  The six-digit number that indicates the association to which a merchant belongs.
  
  Note: You can search for an association ID number. For more information, refer to Searching for data entities.
- To view the report for a specific discount rate table, type the DRT # .
  The four-character fixed discount rate table number.
  
  Note: The DRT to Merchant Cross Reference report includes the following additional information about the table:
  - F: Fixed discount rate table
  - V: Variable discount rate table
Click Generate Report.
If data for the selected criteria are available, the report appears.
