Manage Merchant DDAs

Portfolio Pricing Manager allows you to manage a merchant's Demand Deposit Accounts (DDAs). A DDA is a checking account used for transferring funds to and from the merchant for credit card processing deposits and fees.

To manage a merchant's DDAs:

  1. Perform a Merchant Pricing search, and then select the required Merchant Number to open the Merchant Pricing Profile page for that merchant.
  2. Hover over the Action icon action icon image, and then select Manage Merchant DDAs.

    The Manage Merchant DDAs box opens.

    ppm_manage_merchant_ddas

  3. Update the DDA information for the merchant, and then select Save.
