Field notes: L

Label 1-3: Allows you to enter any special instructions for an order. This text will print on the shipping label.

Language Indicator: The option selected from the drop-down list configures the language that the terminal will use to display text.

Large Ticket Minimum: The large ticket minimum. Enter values in this field as whole dollar amounts (an entry of 500 indicates $500, for example).

Last Call: The date of last call (mm/dd/yyyy format).

Last Credit Check: The date that the merchant's credit check was received (mm/dd/yyyy format).

Last Deposit Date: The date on which the most recent merchant deposit occurred.

Last Deposit Amount: The amount of the most recent merchant deposit.

Last Maintained or Last Maintenance or Last Modified: The date and time of the most recent account or record maintenance. The values in this field are generated automatically by the application.

Last Name: The last name of a principal associated with the merchant. On the Merchant Sales Rep Details page, the last name of the sales representative.

Last Pre-Board Date: The date on which the merchant or terminal was pre-boarded.

Last Scan Date: The date of the last PCI review for the merchant.

Last Update: The date on which the terminal profile was updated last.

Last Updated: The date on which the item was last updated.

Lease Indicator: Indicates that the merchant leases equipment.

Lease Received Date: The date on which the merchant's lease application was received.

Lease Status: The status of the merchant's lease application.

Legal Name: The merchant's legal name.

Legal Name (00): The merchant's legal name.

Legal Street Address: The merchant's legal street address.

Lengths: Length of the merchant account numbers that are under this record. Account numbers can vary in length from 6 to 16 characters; however, all account numbers for the same client are the same length. This is a user-level control option. Information in this field at the group and association levels is pulled from the user control record and is informational only.

License Number: The driver's license number of a principal associated with the merchant.

License State: The state in which the first merchant principal's drivers license was issued.

Local Option Configuration: The terminal will require a password when this function is selected from the terminal.

Local Programming: Allows a manually programmed check service to be added to the terminal via Function 30. By enabling this option, you enable the Equinox terminal with additional programming (for check services, for example). The load is initiated by pressing Function 30.

Local Tax Rate %: This field is for future development.

Lock Keyboard: When selected, this check box enables the terminal to require a password whenever a key is selected.

Low Limit: A 12-digit number representing the lower value of the account range.
