About data administration

In Express, data administration includes those tasks not associated directly with boarding or managing entities. These tasks include system-wide data setup, such as configuring postal code information, and adding supporting data to an entity's record by attaching notes.

Some data administration functions are read-only, allowing you to view information that has been configured in Express by your System Administrator. Other data administration functions allow you to add, modify, and delete records from system-wide tables, depending upon your individual user permissions and your system environment.
