Configure postal code information

Express links city, state/province, country, time zone, and currency information to postal codes. This promotes consistency and efficiency for data entry tasks by automatically entering the data that you associate with each postal code.

To view or edit a postal code setting:

1. At the Express Homepage, from the Admin menu, click Postal Code Lookup.

   

   The Postal Code Information screen opens.

   

2. In the Postal Code field, enter the postal code that you want to view, set up, or edit, and then click Search.

   The postal code settings for the postal code you entered are displayed.

   

3. If you want to edit the postal code information, click Edit.

   The fields in the Postal Code Settings panel become editable.

   

4. Edit the information in the fields as required, and then click Board.

   Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.
