Change a full service merchant account status

You can change the status of a full service merchant account at the Merchant Account page.

Note: To close or delete a full service merchant account, additional steps are required.

To change a full service merchant's account status:

  1. Search for the merchant to display its details on the Merchant Summary page.
  2. In the Merchant Quick Links panel, click Merchant Account.

    -or-

    From the Merchant menu, click Account.

    The Merchant Account page opens.

  3. Click Edit.
  4. From the Status drop-down list, select the required merchant status.

    Note: To close or delete a full service merchant account, additional steps are required.

  5. Click Validate or Board.
