Bank Card Type Acceptance

You can add, modify, or delete the card types that a bank will accept for use in transactions using the Bank Card Type Acceptance page. In addition to card types, you can configure private label default settings for the bank.

To view and edit a bank's card acceptance details:

  1. Open the Bank Summary page for the bank.
  2. In the Bank Quick Links panel, click Bank Card Type Acceptance.

    The Bank Card Type Acceptance page for the bank opens.

  3. Click the Edit button.
  4. To add acceptance details for a card type, from the Merchant Card Type Acceptance panel, select the option button for the card type you want to add, then select the appropriate options in the following fields, and then click the Add button:

  5. To edit existing acceptance details for an existing card type, from the Merchant Card Type Acceptance panel, select the option button for the card type whose acceptance details you want to edit, then select the appropriate options in the fields as described above, and then click the Update button.
  6. To delete existing acceptance details for an existing card type, from the Merchant Card Type Acceptance panel, select the option button for the card type whose acceptance details you want to delete, and then click the Delete button.
  7. Click Validate.
