Create a stand-alone Discover merchant registration record (no merchant in context)

1. On the Express Home page, in the Create New Entity panel, from the New Entity Type drop-down list, select Discover Registration.
2. Click the Add button.
3. Enter details in the fields required for the type of merchant being registered.

4. Click the Submit Registration button.
5. Click OK.
