For this rejected batch, review the following table for possible cause and solution:

Solution

The merchant has adjusted the amount of the transaction to 0.00 instead of voiding the transaction.

On PC package, the merchant has changed the amount of the transaction to zero instead of voiding.

  1. Retain the batch.
  2. Void/delete the incorrectly entered transaction.
  3. Re-transmit the batch.
