RB 313/F13 - Country code not valid

Country Code is a three-digit field that must be numeric. The country code for U.S. dollars is 840. The system validates the data type of this field.

Possible Causes

Solutions

The country code is incorrect.
  1. Correct the country code and retain the batch.
  2. Perform a partial download and re-transmit the batch.

The terminal data for this field is corrupt.

Verify the country code in the terminal (in a Verifone, check field 522).

  • If valid, retain the batch and re-transmit.
  • If invalid, correct the Country Code in the terminal and re-transmit.
