RB 414/A14/B14/G14/H14 - Transaction sequence not numeric

Transaction Sequence Number is a four-digit code generated by the terminal as a sequence number to identify the transactions included in the batch. This field must be numeric, 0001-9999. The system validates the data element type and length of this field.

Possible Cause

Solution

Transaction sequence number not numeric.
  1. Delete (void) the transaction that caused the RB.
  2. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

If the Delete (void) feature is not available, delete the batch, offline the corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
