RB 415/A15/B15/G15/H15 - Transaction Time Not Zero or Not in Format HHMM

The Transaction Time is a four-digit field that is designed to indicate the exact time the transaction is performed. This field is generated by the terminal to indicate the time the transaction is performed.

Sierra validates the Transaction Time corresponds with the following format:

The entry for HH should range between 00-23.
The entry for MM should range between 00-59.

Possible Cause	Solution
Transaction Time is not zero or not in format HHMM.	Void the transaction causing the RB. Offline the transaction back into the terminal. Transmit the batch. If RB still occurs, delete the batch. Reprogram the terminal.
