RB B18/C18/G18/H18 - Invalid Response Code

The authorization Response Code is a two-character alphanumeric field that is designed to indicate the code returned by authorization system for transactions authorization requests. Sierra validates the data element type of this field.

Possible Cause

Solution

A transaction has an incorrect or invalid Response Code.
  1. Delete the transaction that invoked an RB.
  2. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

Note: If the delete feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
