Solution |
A transaction has an incorrect or invalid Transaction ID. |
Note: If the delete feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit. |
Merchant entered a three-digit expiration code. |
Have merchant enter a four-digit expiration code. |
This error usually occurs with Zon JR terminals. The terminal will accept a 3 digit expiration date. When this happens the terminals detail report will not show the card number for that transaction. |
Change field 008 to empty and view details to get the credit card number. Possible option rather than deleting the batch when unable to void the transaction. |
