RB B22/C22/G22/H22 - Invalid Authorized Amount

The Authorized Amount is a 12-digit numeric field that is the Transaction Amount issued in the authorization request. This field is right justified, can be zero filled and ranges between 000000000001-000009999999. Sierra validates the data element type and length of this field.

Possible Cause

Solution

A transaction has an incorrect or invalid Authorized Amount.
  1. Delete the transaction that invoked an RB.
  2. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

Note: If the delete feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
