RB D40 -Optional amount identifier invalid

Optional Amount Identifier is a one-character, alphanumeric field identifying the data type of the Optional Amount field.

This field is optional for the VISA Purchasing Card.
On an AMEX card, a merchant may optionally capture sales tax information by setting the Optional Amount Identifier field to 1 if the Merchant Type/Charge Type is also set to 1.
