Registering for Reports

To register for a report:

  1. Click Reports from the menu bar
  2. Select Mailbox.

    The Mailbox pop-up window displays:

    ac_report_register

  3. From the Available Reports frame in the lower half of the window, click the check boxes corresponding to the reports you want.

    Note: You can register for up to 20 reports.

  4. Click Submit in the Available Reports frame.

    The selected report displays in the Registered Reports frame in the upper half of the window.

  5. For any report, click Deliver to Shared Mailbox to place the report in the Authorization & Capture Mailbox. The following figure shows Delivery Options:

    The report is accessible to all users who are granted the same access level.

  6. Click Submit from the Registered Reports frame.

    A confirmation message opens.
