Statement Summary

Select this link to run the Association Chain Statement Summary report.

Note: The month range is the system default; however, it can be changed by entering a different Start Month or End Month.

Viewing the Statement Summary at the Merchant Level

To view the statement summary at the merchant level, in the Merchant field:

• Enter the merchant ID for the statements to view, and then select the Refresh icon to open the Statement Summary page for that merchant.

  Now you can:

  • Open a merchant statement for a specific date as a PDF by selecting the date link, for example, in the Date column.
  • Download a merchant statement for a specific date as a PDF and save it to your computer by selecting the Download icon for that date in the Date column.

Opening a Chain or Association Statement as PDF

To open a chain or association statement for a specific date as a PDF and download it:

• Complete the instructions for downloading above.

Viewing Statement Detail for a Specific Month

To view the statement detail for a specific month:

• Select the required month link in the Date column.

  The Association Chain Statement - Details screen opens.

Viewing a Statement for a Different Month

To view a statement for a different month:

• Enter the required month in the Statement Month field, and then select Refresh. To open a merchant statement for a specific date as a PDF, complete the instructions noted above.

Viewing Statements for a Specific Merchant

To view statements for a specific merchant:

• Select the required merchant ID from the Merchant ID column.

  The Statement Summary page for that merchant opens. To open a merchant statement for a specific date as a PDF, complete the instructions noted above.
