Redistribute New Work Items in Queue to Round Robin

If you have sufficient user privileges, you can move new Risk work items in a queue to the round robin where they will be redistributed to associated round robin queues.

To do this:

1. From the Links menu, select Work Queue, and then select Work Queue Management.

   

   The Work Queue Management page opens.

   

2. For the queue whose new items you want to redistribute, select Edit.

   The page expands to include the redistribution options.

   

3. Select the Redistribute Queue's New Work Items to Round Robin check box.

   Note: If you also want to set the selected work queue as Offline and have any work items assigned to it automatically forwarded to another queue, select the Offline check box, and then from the Forwarding Queue drop-down list, select the queue where you want the items forwarded.

4. Select Update.
