Full Card Number Search (Bank)

Select this link to perform a bank-level full card number search, based on a specific credit card account number. This search will help you quickly locate information on specific transactions. Within the search results, you can view summary information for the transaction(s) including transaction type, date, amount, authorization code, batch ID, POS entry type, as well as other information.

To perform a bank-level full card number search:

From the Reports drop-down list, under Bank Links, select Full Card Number Search.

The Bank Full Card Number Search screen opens.
Enter search information in the following mandatory search fields:
- Bank: From the drop-down list, select the bank number for the merchant that processed the transaction.
- Consumer Account Number
  The consumer account number for the transaction. This can be a credit card number for a card transaction or a DDA number for an ACH transaction.
- Tran Start Date
  Enter the start date for the date range of the search, or select the calendar icon and select it from the pop-up calendar.
- End Date
  Enter the end date for the date range of the search, or select the calendar icon and select it from the pop-up calendar.
Enter any additional information in the following optional fields:
- Group: The Group number for the merchant that processed the transaction.
- Association: The Association number for the merchant that processed the transaction.
- Merchant: The Merchant number for the merchant that processed the transaction.
- Tran Amount From / To
  The pricing qualification under which the transaction was submitted.
- Posted Batch ID
  The batch identification number in which the transaction was captured.
Select the refresh icon .
The search results are displayed.
To view additional details for a specific transaction, in the Trans Amount column, select the dollar amount for the transaction you want to view.
The Transaction Detail page for that transaction opens.
