Research Query

These Research Query options are available:

• Transaction: Provides summary information related to a specific transaction. Queries are driven by cardholder numbers and transaction dates.
• Deposit: Provides summary information related to a merchant’s deposit, and includes the ability to drill down to access transaction detail.
• Volume Summary by Interchange Qualification: Provides a summary of qualification information at various levels for specific time frames.
• Association Downgrade Totals: Provides summary information related to downgraded transactions by submitted interchange level or downgrade reason.
