  1. On the Portfolio Reporting page, make these drop-down list selections:

    Note: With each drop-down list selection, the page will refresh to display additional or alternative options as appropriate.

    The page refreshes and the Merchant Tax (1099K) filter criteria become available.

  2. Select the Bank Number(s) to include in the report.

    Note: To select multiple bank numbers, press and hold Ctrl, and then click the bank numbers you want.

  3. Enter information in these fields to filter your report as required:
  4. From the Activity Year drop-down list, select the year you want to report on.
  5. From the 1099K Participation Flag drop-down list, accept the default Yes to report on merchants flagged for 1099K participation, or select No or All as required.
  6. Click Generate Report.

    If data for the selected criteria are available, the report opens.
