The ACH Reconciliation - Chargebacks report provides detail on Chargebacks indicating the amount included in the ACH. For each Chargeback listed, the report includes the Chargeback Case Number, the Transaction Type associated with the Chargeback, and the amount.
The Automated Clearing House is a computer-based clearing and settlement service for the interchange of electronic debits and credits among financial institutions.

Some date fields in this application offer calendars that allow you to select the date to enter in the date field. When a calendar is available, the calendar icon is present. Click the calendar icon to open the calendar. In the calendar, use the outer arrows to switch between years, and the inner arrows to switch between months. Click a date to insert the date into the date field.

The merchant DBA (Doing Business As) name.
The six-digit number that indicates the association to which a merchant belongs.
Electronic Source ID; a coding used to identify what type of transactions are included within a particular file.
The Demand Deposit Account (DDA) number used for the application of transactions.
The case number for the chargeback or chargeback reversal transaction.
This indicates the qualification status of the transaction associated with the chargeback. Possible values:
This indicates why the transaction or deposit was mis-qualified, dis-qualified, or non-qualified for ACH. The possible values are:
The transaction type for the chargeback.
The card type used for the transaction associated with the chargeback.
