1. On the Portfolio Reporting page, from the Reporting Area drop-down list, select Merchant Detail.
2. From the Report Occurrence drop-down list, select Monthly.

   The page refreshes and Merchant Detail monthly report options become available.

3. From the Report drop-down list, select Association Listing.

   The page refreshes and Association Listing filter criteria become available.

4. Select the Month that you want to view from the drop-down list.
5. Select the Bank Number(s) to include in the report.

   Note: To select multiple bank numbers, press and hold Ctrl, and then click the bank numbers you want.

6. Optionally, to view the report for a specific association, type the Association ID number.

   The six-digit number that indicates the association to which a merchant belongs.

   Note: You can search for an association ID number. For more information, refer to Searching for data entities.

7. Click Generate Report.

   If data for the selected criteria are available, the report appears.

   Note: You can customize the data you want to view. For more information, refer to Customizing Reports.

The Association Listing Report includes the following data:

Header row

Bank #

Assoc ID

Assoc Name

Number of Accounts

Groups for this Association
