The Automated Debits report lists information for accounts that have been automatically debited. The report includes the amount of the debit and the message which was printed on the advice.
ACH.The Automated Clearing House is a computer-based clearing and settlement service for the interchange of electronic debits and credits among financial institutions.
The page refreshes and ACH daily report options become available.
The page refreshes and ACH monthly report options become available.

Note: To select multiple bank numbers, press and hold Ctrl, and then click the bank numbers you want.
Association ID number.The six-digit number that indicates the association to which a merchant belongs.

Merchant ID number.A number assigned by TSYS that identifies the merchant.

Charge Record Type, select it from the drop-down list.This indicates the type of charge record. Charge record types include, but are not limited to, the following:
If data for the selected criteria are available, the report appears.

The Automated Debits report includes the following data:
A row in a report that indicates one or more categories by which data in the report is grouped.
The number that identifies the bank.
A number assigned by TSYS that identifies the merchant.
The merchant DBA (Doing Business As) name.
The Demand Deposit Account (DDA) number used for the application of transactions.
The date that the amount was charged to the merchant.
This indicates the reason for the automated or non-automated debit as it will appear on the merchant statement. This message may be generated from charges on the individual charge record or the billing element tables used by the merchant
