1. On the Portfolio Reporting page, from the Reporting Area drop-down list, select Pricing.

   The page refreshes and Pricing monthly report options become available.

2. From the Report drop-down list, select Merchant to BET Cross Reference.

   The page refreshes and Merchant to BET Cross Reference filter criteria become available.

3. Select the Month that you want to view from the drop-down list.
4. Select the Bank Number that you want to view from the drop-down list.
5. Type the Merchant ID number that you want to view.

   A number assigned by TSYS that identifies the merchant.

   Note: You can search for a merchant ID number. For more information, refer to Searching for data entities.

6. Provide the following optional information:
   • To further define the query on merchant ID, type the Association ID number.

     The six-digit number that indicates the association to which a merchant belongs.

     Note: You can search for an association ID number. For more information, refer to Searching for data entities.

   • To view the report for a specific BET Category, select it from the drop-down list.

     This indicates the type of element for which the billing element table was used. Possible values are as follows:

     • Individual Plan
     • Interchange
     • Debit Network
     • Data Capture
     • Authorization
     • System Generated
     • ECC
7. Click Generate Report.

   If data for the selected criteria are available, the report appears.

The Merchant to BET Cross Reference report includes the following data:
