Express is designed to facilitate the merchant boarding process by guiding you through all the requisite merchant boarding pages. When you create a merchant, which is the first step in boarding a merchant, you will encounter the first in a series of sequential pages that will guide you through the process. This application-enabled workflow ensures that you visit all the requisite pages when you are boarding a merchant.
To stay within the workflow, click the Next and the Previous buttons located at the bottom of each merchant boarding page to browse forward and backward between pages. Doing this ensures that each page you encounter is the next page or previous page in the workflow's sequence and that this sequence remains intact.
In cases where you are not able to complete a merchant boarding from start to finish, you can save the record and begin another task. The incomplete merchant record becomes a work in progress, which you can resume work on later.
