Merchant Enhanced Funding
This page becomes available if you are participating in the Split Funding program This program enables the funding of two or more accounts for proceeds incurred from payment transactions. and the Convenience Fee program The program that enables merchants to add an additional during purchase.. The page displays the merchant's enhanced funding configuration details.
To display the Merchant Enhanced Funding page for an existing merchant, search for the merchant to display its details on the Merchant Summary page, and then:
- In the Merchant Quick Links panel, select Merchant Enhanced Funding.

- From the Merchant menu, select Merchant Enhanced Funding.
The configuration fields and options are displayed in these sections:
Split Funding
The Account Options display these fields for each split funding account:
SF Account Name #Name of the funding account.
SF Account Number #The Demand Deposit Account (DDA) number for the split funding DDA account.
SF Type #The account type for the split funding DDA account.
SF Routing Number #The Demand Deposit Account (DDA) number for the split funding DDA account.
SF Percentage #If splitting by a percentage, this indicates the percentage funded to that split funding DDA account.
Note: The total of all four SF funding percentage fields (SF Percentage 1, SF Percentage 2, SF Percentage 3, and SF Percentage 4) cannot exceed 100%.
SF Per Item #The per item dollar amount funded that split funding DDA account.
Note: A split funding account can list both percentage and per item amount splits.
The Indicators display these options for the split funding accounts:
SF Net Separate IndicatorThis indicates whether the split funding amounts on the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) file are netted, that is, added together (N - Net), or entered separately (S - Separated).
Note: If the
Split Funding indicator for the merchant (on the Merchant Account page) is selected, the merchant cannot be boarded until either N-Net or S - Separated is selected for the merchant here.
Indicates whether the bank allows merchants to participate in the Split Funding program This program enables the funding of two or more accounts for proceeds incurred from payment transactions..
Include CreditsIf selected, credits are included in the split funding process.
Include ChargebacksIf selected, chargebacks are included in the split funding process.
Include Volume AdjustmentsIf selected, volume adjustments are included in the split funding process.
Include ReversalsIf selected, reversals are included in the split funding process.
Convenience Fee
The Account Options display these fields for each convenience fee account:

CF Net Separate IndicatorThis indicates whether the convenience fee amounts on the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) file are netted, that is, added together (N - Net), or entered separately (S - Separated).

CF Transaction Type IndicatorIndicates whether the merchant only allows the convenience fee to be applied to card not present (CNP) transactions (C - CNP Only). If this field is left blank, the merchant allows the convenience fee to be applied to all transaction types.
Once this page is completed or updated, select Validate or Board as required.
