Work Queue

The icons in the Flag column provide specific indications for the associated work items.

Icon	Description
	Indicates the work item's Priority is set to Critical.
	Indicates the merchant for this work item has the Watch List Indicator flag selected. When this check box is selected, the merchant is added to the suspicious activity watch list.
	Indicates the work item has been locked by a user.
	Indicates the work item's Type is Risk and the work item is for a new merchant as defined by the rule parameter 18_ALL_P#New Merchant Set Param.
	Indicates merchants participating in Next Day Funding or Same Day ACH processing.

After a merchant is in context, the work items regarding that merchant are listed in the lower part of the Merchant Summary tab. When a merchant is in context, you can view the closed work items for that merchant by selecting the Work Queue History tab.

Work Queue items display, based upon security group and user entitlements. Work items have different entitlements. including:
